Batteries must not be disposed of along with household refuse. You are legally bound
to dispose of all batteries at a local authority collection point or to return them to a bat-
tery retailer.
Internal batteries cannot be replaced. To dispose of batteries, the recycling of the entire device at
your local recycling center is required. This is required by law and good for the environment.

Battery removal
To remove the battery the hand unit of the appliance must be broken apart. The device will no longer
function after this procedure, nor can it be repaired. Any warranty will be void when the appliance
housing is broken and the battery removed. When performing the battery removal procedure we
strongly recommend to wear safety goggles and gloves. Silk'n is not liable for any damages, physical
or material, as a result of performing this procedure.
To remove the battery place the hand unit on a hard, strong surface. Use a hammer to hit the appli-
ance on the seam and continue to do so all along the seam on both sides of the hand unit.
Once the seam is sufficiently broken, use pliers or a screwdriver to take the housing apart. Unscrew
the PCB and remove the battery by disconnecting the plug from the PCB.
Warranty
This product is covered by a 1 year warranty. Home Skinovations Inc. covers this device within one (1)
year from the date of the original purchase. Claims filed after one (1) year from the date of purchase of
the Device by you are not covered. Home Skinovations Inc. may require that you prove the date you
purchased the Device by providing an invoice or receipt that specifically lists the date of purchase of
the Device.
