The following menu appears: Missed Calls ‐ the list of the unanswered incoming calls. Answered Calls ‐ the list of incoming calls recently answered. Dialled Calls ‐ the list of out going calls recently dialed. Note: Lists are stored from the newest to oldest entries. The oldest entries are deleted as new entries are added. Phone Operation Speed Dialing The speed dial hotkeys (also known as Mkey and BLF keys), located to the right side of the phone, are used to dial preconfigured commonly dialed numbers. Use the function to dial a number quickly, instead of keying in the full number. See Configuring the Phone “Speed Dial” and “Web Speed Dial and Busy Lamp Field (BLF) Configuration”. Phone Operation Conference Calling Three‐Way Conference Call To initiate a three‐way conferen ce call, follow the steps below: Call the first participant of the conference call. See “Making Calls”. Put the first participant on hold. See “Holding Calls”. Call the extension number of the second participant of the call. When the second call connects, press the Conference soft key on the phone to include all participants in the call. To end the three‐way conference call, simply hang up. Phone Operation Voice Mail Important: Voice Mail only works if the phone is configured to a voice mail server and the voice mail access number has also been configured. The VOICE MAIL button lights solid red to indicate that there is at least one new message in the voice mail. To access the voice mail message(s): 1. Scroll through the phone profiles using the navigation keys . If a profile has new voice mail the LCD screen displays an envelope. 2. To check voicemail press the VOICE MAIL button to access voicemail. 5.10 Broadcast on LAN Press *66 and speak into the phone handset/headset or speakerphone.
