If the time-out value selected is too short, there
may not be enough time for the remote
controller to respond before the requesting
controller times out, resulting in a constant No
Report. ELMC response time delay is a function
of controller circuitry and is not linear. Always
start with longer time-out, then reduce time to
an acceptable value.
