6.2. TRIAL OPERATION (after repairing)
Confirm if the repaired unit can communicates with Qualifier.
A. MAIN UNIT setting
1. Remove Battery Pack if it is attached.
2. Connect the transmitter with the main unit.
3. Attach Battery Pack.
B. QUALIFIER setting
1. Apply AC120V to Qualifier.
2. Press "MORE" button.
3. Press "MORE OPTION" button.
4. Press "LEARN NEW RADIO" button.
5. Select #3 button (BATTERY TOOL).
6. Select #0 button (GROUP A).
7. Set CHANNEL 1.
NOTE:
Confirm all channel from 1 to 12.
8. Press "ENTER" button.
NOTE:
Skip next procedure from the second channel.
9. Press "ENTER" button.
10. Remove Battery Pack from the main unit.
11. Press the switch handle.
NOTE:
Do not operate while data saving showed on the
screen.
12. Press the right bottom button.
13. Press "RETURN" button.
C. Testing
1. Start No-load operation of the main unit.
The buzzer sounds and indicate X mark.
2. Hold the bit and start impact operation.
CAUTION:
Make sure to hold firmly with special care to prevent
the injury.
