Water hardness

This appliance is fitted with a water
softener.
The dishwasher must be programmed
for the water hardness in your area (see
Before using for the first time - Water
hardness).

Rinse aid

You can adjust the rinse aid dosage for
best results.
The rinse aid dosage can be set from
approx. 0-6 ml.
The factory default setting is 3 ml.
The dosage can turn out to be higher
than the set value due to the automatic
adjustment of the "Sensor wash"
programme.
If spots appear on crockery and
glassware:
– Increase the rinse aid dosage.
If clouding or smearing appears on
crockery and glassware:
– Decrease the rinse aid dosage.
^ Select the rinse aid dosage you want
and confirm this with
OK
.
Settings menu

Sensor wash

You can adjust the Sensor wash
programme so that it will remove
stubborn soiling in an otherwise lightly
soiled load.
^ Select the option you want and

confirm with

AutoOpen

At the end of the programme, the door
will open automatically a little in order to
help the drying process (except for
"Extra quiet") - see Programme chart.
This function can be deactivated.

If you have deselected the
AutoOpen but would still like to open
the door at the end of the
programme, make sure that you
open the door fully. Otherwise steam
from the dishwasher could damage
the edge of the worktop because the
fan is no longer running.
