Deleting Server Mail
Delete Server Mail directly without downloading messages first.
Press d , select 0 Mail Box and press b

Select 1 Inbox and press b

When Mail Box Layout is set to Folder, select appropriate folder
Select a message (Super Mail Notice) and press d I

^ Select a Super Mail message with B (red) and X.
Select Delete Server Mail and press b

To delete Super Mail Notice only, select Delete and press b.
Select 1 Server Mail Only or 2 Notice and Mail and press b

5 Server Mail Only Super Mail Notices remain
Notice and Mail Both Super Mail Notices and Server Mail messages are deleted
Choose 1 Yes and press b
