Set the main POWER switch located at the rear of the chair to OFF then back ON after about 5
seconds.
1. If the chair returns to normal, no further action is needed.
2. If the chair does not return to normal, stop using the chair and unplug it from the wall outlet.

THE ROLLERS STOP DURING THE MASSAGE
Sometimes when the speed is slow and there is too much pressure to the rollers, they may stop
moving temporarily.
This is not breakage. Just slightly lift your body.
THE ROLLERS MOVED UP TO THE TOP AND THEN STOPPED
The auto timer will cause the rollers to move up to the top of the chair when the massage time is
finished, so as not to interfere with your movements when getting out of the chair. To continue
massaging, press the POWER button on the remote control again.
THE RIGHT AND LEFT ROLLERS ARE OUT OF ALIGNMENT
The rollers are designed to provide for the alternating tapping function, so
in the stopped position they are sometimes out of line—
This is part of their design, and there is nothing wrong with the product.
RECLINING OF THE SEAT BACK CANNOT BE PERFORMED
Check to be sure there are no objects between the seat back and control box.
The reclining safety mechanism may be activated.
IF I TRY TO RECLINE THE SEAT BACK DURING AIR MASSAGE, THE CHAIR STOPS
For safety purposes, the air pressure massage is designed to stop if the reclining seat back is
activated. This is not breakage.
AIR MASSAGE STOPS IF THE [+] BUTTON OF BACK 3-D IS PRESSED
This is part of their design, and there is nothing wrong with the product.
