WARNING
The maintenance may only be carried out by professional and authorised persons.

Recommended is to control the following:
- Suction and pressure lines for leak-free connections
- Return line (R) at the valve (breakage of the diaphragm)
- Proper fitting of the casing screws (Pos.

Replacement of the Diaphragm

Switch the metering pump off and empty the pressure line (see chapter
Description, section d) emptying function). Loosen the casing screws (Pos. 13) and remove
the valve lid (Pos. 14). Remove the sealing plug (Pos. 10) on the operation button either
manually or with a small screwdriver. Loosen the screw (Pos. 11) and replace the diaphragm
(Pos. 15). Tighten the casing screws diagonally equally (3-4 Nm).

The diaphragm must be held when the screw (Pos. 11) is being loosened due to the spring
WARNING
tension.
The tightening torque of the valve screws must be re-tightened after 24 hours. The
NOTE
tightening torque is 3-4 Nm.
