After the expiry of the warranty period, you still have the
possibility to have your product repaired at your own
expense. If the repair or the estimate of costs is not free of
charge you will be informed accordingly in advance.
This warranty does not affect your statutory rights. In the
event that a product is received for repair, neither the
service company nor the seller will assume any liability
for data or settings possibly stored on the product by the
customer.
In order to send in defective devices during the warranty
period free-of-charge and to ensure prompt as well as
correct processing, it is imperative that you request an
RMA (return material authorisation) number by phone or
by e-mail via our customer service team before sending
in a device.
