Enter a pause

If your Colombo is connected to a switchboard, you
may need to enter a pause in a stored number. This
gives the switchboard time to fi nd an outside line. A
Pause is normally stored after the switchboard access
code (e.g. 9)
1. When storing a number, press and hold
until the display shows P. You can then continue
storing the phone number.

To view an entry

In standby:
1. Press .
2. Enter the fi rst letter of the name to search
alphabetically then scroll
entry. The name is displayed.

3. Press to display the number. If there are
more than 12 digits, press
