Select EXT LINK 2 or 1
Press MENU to return to the Menu screen.
EXT LINK 2: External recording control of some
satellite- or digital receivers (video signal).
EXT LINK 1: For digital receivers transmitting a
special recording control signal, e.g. the F.U.N.
receiver (TU-DSF31).
Press EXT LINK to activate the recorder's recording stand-by mode.

The video recorder will record all video output transmitted by the satellite-
or digital receiver.
The following screen will be shown if you selected EXT LINK 2:
EXT LINK recording in progress
ENTER : yes EXT LINK :cancel
Press ENTER to hide the message.
Press EXT LINK to stop recording.
Be sure that the timer programs stored by your video recorder do not overlap
the ones of the satellite or digital receiver.
