Settings Using the On Screen Display

The VTR indications shown on the monitor screen are
known as the On Screen Display (OSD).
This VTR allows many settings to be made at the OSD.
Preparation
Turn on the VTR and monitor.

OSD Mode
Use the SUPER switch to perform the OSD settings.
Set the OSD displays on the monitor screen which is
connected to OUTPUT1 or 2.
The OSD displays simultaneously appear or do not appear
at OUTPUT1 and 2.
AUTO: The On Screen Display will appear on the monitor
screen for a few seconds when you operate the
VTR.
ON:
The On Screen Display will always appear on the
monitor screen when you perform the VTR.
OFF:
The On Screen Display will not appear.

f Audio Output Mode Indicator
The Left (L) and Right (R) Indicators show which sound
mode is selected with AUDIO OUT (see page 4).
Stereo:
Both the AUDIO L and R Indicators appear.
Left:
The AUDIO L Indicator appears.
Right:
The AUDIO R Indicator appears.
