Operations
1
Insert a video cassette with the closed record ("REC" side) prevention tab (page 8).
If it has already been inserted, press POWER to turn the VTR on.

Set INPUT SELECT on this unit so that DV, S-VIDEO or LINE (VIDEO IN).
Only DV Indicator will appear.

Press REC to start recording.

Press (STOP) to stop recording.
To Pause Recording
Press PAUSE during recording.
Press REC or PAUSE again to continue recording.
To Select the Desired Audio Mode
1 Press MENU and select OPTION SETUP2, and then press SET.
2 Using or , select AUDIO MODE and press SET.
3 Using or , select 12bit or 16bit, then press SET.
For details, see on page 15.
Note:
Tapes recorded using long mini-DV cassettes (80 min. in SP mode; 120 min. in LP mode) and tapes recorded in the LP mode
cannot be played back or recorded on a DVCPRO or DVCPRO50 format VTR.
