A domain name service (DNS) problem occurred. For example, if you cannot open web

The Wi-Fi hotspot is working in the access restricted state. If the Internet connection of
the hotspot is restricted, your phone cannot be used to browse web pages.
On a device other than your phone, turn on Wi-Fi. If the device also cannot detect any
Wi-Fi signals, check whether your router is functioning correctly.
Check that the Wi-Fi hotspot's service set identifier (SSID) is not hidden.
Restart the Wi-Fi function on your phone.
