Installation Registering a key finder to the unit Important: R For key finder supplied users: The supplied key finder has been pre-registered to the unit. R Do not install the battery until you activate the key finder registration using the handset. -

Installation Note: R Only one handset can search for a key finder. Other handsets cannot search at the same time. R The volume of the detection beeps and responding beeps cannot be changed. Range guidelines R The range of the handset and key finder under the best conditions is about 50 m indoors and about 200 m outdoors. -

Installation Note: R “Battery Dead” may be displayed when there is radio interference or the key finder is out of range of the handset. Replacing the battery CR coin cell lithium battery performance 6 months max. (supplied battery) Actual battery performance depends on usage and ambient environment. Note: R We recommend you check the battery once a month and replace the battery regularly so that you can use the key finder anytime. -
