    WHEN REPLACING DVD DECK [ When removing the DVD Deck ] Before removing Pick Up PCB and DVD MT PCB connector, the short circuit the position shown in Fig. 1 using a soldering iron. If you remove the DVD Deck with no soldering, the Laser may be damaged. [ When installing the DVD Deck ] Remove all the soldering on the short circuit position after the connection of Pick Up PCB and DVD MT PCB connector.

    DISASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS 1. REMOVAL OF MECHANICAL PARTS 1-3: POWER PCB AND TUER PCB (Refer to Fig. 1-3) AND P.C. BOARDS Disconnect the following connector: (CP501 and CP8101). Remove the 6 screws (1). CAUTION Remove the Power PCB in the direction of arrow (A). Be careful not to remove the FFC cable forcibly, Remove the screw (2).
