1. How can I access my router?
The SMCWBR14S-N4 default IP address is 192.168.2.1 and your computer will need to have an
IP address from 192.168.2.2 to 192.168.2.254.
Step 1. Set you computer IP address to one of the mentioned range (192.168.2.x with subnet
mask 255.255.255.0)
Step 2. Open the Internet Explorer Browser and enter http://192.168.2.1
Step 3. In the LOGIN page that is displayed, enter the username (default: admin) and
password (default: smcadmin). After successfully logging in, the system status screen will be
displayed. In this web management interface you will be able to check, configure and modify
all your router settings.
