Notice that in the Open dialog box, "Files of Type" shows a selection of .csv and .txt.
You must do this. A series of dialog boxes called the "text import wizard" will appear to
guide you through the import procedure.
Be sure to select the "Delimited" for Original Data Type. Then click "Next".
In this window, make sure to select the "Comma" checkbox for the Delimiter type.
