ZONE 2
(For U.S.A., Canada and Australia models)
You can make up a multi-room audio system \vith this unit. You can enjoy an audio source selected with
INPUT

(or input selector buttons) in the second rooln (Zone 2).
Only analog signals are sent to the second rOOITI. For any source you ,-\'ant to listen to in the second roon1, you n1ust
connect the analog output jack fron1 the source to the corresponding analog input jack on this unit.
To use the multi -rOOln functions of this unit, you need the following additional equiplnent:
• An infrared signal recei ver in the second roonl
• An infrared emitter in the lnain room
This elTIitter transmits the infrared signals froIn the remote control in the second rOOITI to the ll1ain roon1
(for exalnple, to a
CD
player or
LD
player).
• An alnplifier and speakers for the second rOOITI
