Electric barbecue rotisserie

Removing spits from rotisserie:
Lift the pin end of the spit from the bearing
block and slide the spit toward the left wall
until the hex drive on the spit clears the
socket drive. Remove the disk by turning
counter-clockwise until the threads
disengage.(See figure A)

Turn the power switch ON. Set the timer for 20
minutes to pre-heat the rotisserie while the
product is being prepared for cooking.

Chickens must be skewered properly to insure
trouble free cooking.
NOTE: Legs and wings must be tucked or tied.
Slide the disk over the pin and rotate clockwise
to engage the threads.Tighten hand snug only.
This keeps the chickens from working their way
off of the end of the spit during cooking (See figure B).

While wearing appropriate protective gear over hands
and arms, place the loaded spits in the rotisserie:
Engage the drive socket with the hex drive, then work the smooth
part of the pin into the slot in the bearing block.

Close the door and set the timer to the desired cooking time.
IT IS THE USERS RESPONSIBILITY TO COOK PRODUCT TO PROPER DONENESS
1:45 to 2:00 hrs is recommended as a starting point for 2-3/4 pound chickens, when chickens
are above 50ºF and the rotisserie is preheated for at least 20 minutes prior to loading.

After the cook cycle is complete, the rotisserie automatically goes into the holding mode.
The quartz holding lamp will provide enough heat to hold product safely.

When cooking is completed, dispose of the grease drippings promptly. Dispose of grease
properly in an approved grease collection / disposal container. Do not dump grease into
sinks, floor drains or toilets.

CAUTION: BURN HAZARD
SURFACES ARE HOT WHEN UNIT IS IN COOK MODE AND
WHEN UNIT IS IN HOLDING MODE.
Proper utensils and protective clothing MUST be used
when operating this appliance.
