    INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS UNPACKING AND INSPECTION 1. Carefully remove the ROTISSERIE from the carton. Remove all protective plastic film, packaging materials and accessories from the ROTISSERIE before connecting electrical power or otherwise performing any installation procedures. NOTE: DO NOT discard the CARTON and other PACKAGING MATERIAL until you have inspected the fryer for hidden damage and tested it for PROPER OPERATION.
  • Page 7 POWER MUST BE DISCONNECTED DURINGINSTALLATION AND HOOK-UP: One WRT-6 rotisserie operating at 120 VAC draws 16.9 Amps. Each WRT-6 rotisserie sould be wired to an individual 20 Amp / 120VAC circuit. CAUTION - ELECTRICAL SHOCK HAZARD THE FRAME OF THIS APPLIANCE MUST BE GROUNDED TO A SUITABLE BUILDING GROUND.

    OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS CAUTION: BURN HAZARD SURFACES ARE HOT WHEN UNIT IS IN COOK MODE AND WHEN UNIT IS IN HOLDING MODE.     CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS DISCONNECT ROTISSERIE FROM MAIN POWER AT THE CIRCUIT BREAKER PRIOR TO CLEANING. ALLOW THE UNIT TO COOL PRIOR TO CLEANING. WARNING: FIRE HAZARD Rotisserie must be cleaned regularly. FAILURE TO CLEAN THIS EQUIPMENT WILL RESULT IN A FIRE. A fire in this appliance can cause property damage, injury and death.
  • Page 10 Use care when cleaning near the quartz heating lamp and the quartz holding lamp. DO NOT CLEAN THE QUARTZ LAMPS. BE CAREFUL TO NOT CONTACT THE QUARTZ LAMPS WITH CLEANING IMPLEMENTS OR SOLUTIONS. Clean the outside of the rotisserie as needed. NEVER USE ABRASIVE SCRUB PADS on the outside of the rotisserie or the rotisserie glass.
