Operates the rotisserie motors, heating element and quartz
holding lamp.
Controls main heating element.
Provides light for the rotisserie and maintains oven warming
temperature when in holding mode (i.e. when cook timer
time has elapsed).
Provides main cooking heat.
Standard non-puncturing Chicken Spits for holding
chicken.
4" high adjustable legs for counter-top installation.
Pull-type door with magnetic catch
Catches drippings for easier clean-up.
Note: while wearing suitable gloves, empty this removable
tray after each cook cycle.
Provides access to mechanical and electrical components
for servicing. Always disconnect power to the rotisserie
prior to opening this panel.
