Pre-recorded greeting messages

The unit has pre-recorded greeting messages. Depending on the situation, one of the following messages will
be played to the caller.
When the unit is ready to receive voice and fax calls:
When you record your own greeting message (see next page):
Note:
If you erase your own greeting message, the pre-recorded greeting message above will be played
automatically.
When the unit detects a problem:
MESSAGE FULL
FAX MEMORY FULL
MESSAGE FULL
and
FAX MEMORY FULL
