The variable controls for the grill element provide flexibility in heat
setting selection.
How to Set the Controls
1. Push the control knob down.
Cooking Guide for Using Heat Settings
The amount and type of food being cooked, weather
conditions and voltage will influence the setting
needed for best cooking results. The setting indicated
should serve as a guide while you become familiar
with your cooktop.
HI Preheat for all foods, cook steak and
hot dogs.
9–10 Cook pork chops, fish and chicken.
Fan Manual control of fan.
CONTROLS
2. Turn the knob in either direction
to the desired heat setting.
The control must be pushed
down to set only from the OFF
position. When the control is in
any position other than OFF, it
may be rotated without pushing
it in.
Be sure you turn the control knob
to OFF when you finish cooking.
