Error message
Cannot find printer.
Cannot find scanner
Cannot find scanner and
printer
Cannot use more than
100% zoom when using
ADF
DCIS did not start
printing. Abort printing.
Digital Duplicator Utility
requires 256 colors or
higher
Exceed 10 areas. Delete
other areas and try again.
Exceed 30 areas. Delete
other areas and try again.
No response from
scanner. Check the power
or cable. No response
from printer. Check the
power or cable.
Unable to print more than
one area
Possible cause
Printer is not turned on or cable
connection is improper.
Scanner is not turned on or cable
connection is improper.
Scanner and printer are not turned
on or cable connection is improper.
An image enlarged more than 100%
is being printed using the ADF tray.
DCIS did not start duplicating.
The number of displayed colors on
the monitor is less than 256 bit.
More than 10 selection areas are
created in the Original box .
More than 30 images are pasted on
the Layout box .
Scanner or printer is not turned on
or cable connection is improper.
More than one selection area is
printed using the ADF tray.
Recovery
Check the cable connection for the
system. Close the Digital Duplicator Utility
window and turn off the system (scanner /
printer / computer), then turn it on again.
Zoom function is not available when using
the ADF tray. Place the document on the
scanner glass and retry it.
Turn off the system (scanner / printer /
computer), then turn it on again.
Set the number of colors to 256 colors or
more.
Delete the unnecessary selection areas
from the Original box
(
Delete the unnecessary images from the
Layout box
(
P.64).
Check the connection and turn on the
scanner and/or printer. Click Retry on the
message window.
Remove the document from the ADF tray,
place it on the scanner glass, then print.
