Using the Phonebook
Base Unit Phonebook
To use the Audible Caller ID feature (p.24), you must store caller information into the
base unit phonebook.
Follow steps 1 and 2 on the previous page, then:

Select "Base
Phonebook", then
the display shows the
number of empty
phonebook entries.

Enter Phone Number.
(max. 24 digits)

Record the name
within 1 minute.
• If "Memory Full" is displayed in step 3, the phonebook is full. To store, delete other
stored items in the phonebook.
• If "Memory Full" is displayed in step 8, the remaining recording time is 0. To store,
delete unnecessary incoming/memo messages (p.65).
• To continue storing other caller information, repeat from step 4.
Copying an Item from Handset Phonebook to Base Unit Phonebook
Press INTERCOM
Move to select the desired item
To use the Audible Caller ID feature, record the name (see Base Unit Phonebook on
page 31).
