PROGRAMMING
FEATURES
To easily program all the features in your radio,
it is recommended to use the Customer
Programming Software (CPS), the CPS cable
kit and the CLK Audio Jack Converter for CPS.

CUSTOMER PROGRAMMING SOFTWARE
(CPS)
1. To program, connect the CLK446 radio to
the computer which has the CPS installed
via the CLK CPS Cable Kit (P/N:
HKKN4028_) and the CLK Audio Jack
Converter for CPS (P/N: PMKN4179_).
2. Press the Power Button and Volume
Control Button (–) simultaneously to
establish a connection with the connected
PC.
3. Once the radio is connected, open the
CPS and select "Read" on the toolbar to
get the radio profile.
CPS allows you to program frequencies, PL/
DPL Codes as well as other features such as:
Scan List, Time Out Timer, Call Tones, Reverse
Burst, Voice Prompt Language etc. CPS is a
very useful tool as it can also lock the Front-
Panel Radio Programming or restrict any
specific radio feature to be changed (to avoid
accidentally erasing the preset radio values). It
also provides security by giving the option to
set up a password for profile radio's
management. For more information, refer to
