- Page 5 NODEL NO. 088-0713-6 Step 1 Requires 1, 3, A, B, C, D. Attach seat and back 1 to “T” shaped connector 3 with bolt A ,lock washer B, washer C and secure with a nut D. Secure all bolts and nuts with hex wrench E and open hex wrench F.
- Page 6 NODEL NO. 088-0713-6 Step 3 Requires 1, 2, 5, 6. Place seat cushion 5 and back cushion 6 onto the chair.
