- Page 7 4b) Turning ON The Vacuum PTO (Power Take Off) Outlet (13) The KP703 30lt Wet & Dry vacuum is equipped with a PTO (Power Take Off) outlet (13). This PTO outlet (13) is switched seperatly from the vacuum ON/Off switch (14).The PTO outlet (13) allows you to plug in a separate power tool (1000W 10A Max) into the vacuum.
