SERVOMAT MS 63 IT
INSTALLAZIONE
Fare riferimento alle modalità generali di installazione di pag. 8-9-10. Inoltre
seguire le seguenti istruzioni:
Installare la bombola dell'aria dietro al palo applicando le 2 viti in
»
dotazione di M8. (Fig.31a);
Inserire il tubo di gomma nel raccordo della bombola e stringere la fascia
»
(fig.31b);
Collegare il supporto manometro al palo con le 2 viti in dotazione di
»
M6 (fig.32)
collegare il tubo dell'aria di linea sul raccordo del gruppo filtro (ved. fig.
»
33).
Collegare il tubino dell'aria al raccordo rapido, inserendolo nell'apposito
»
foro (fig. 34)
Montaggio delle cinture di sicurezza.
Nel caso in cui siano presenti le cinture provvedere alla loro installazione
come mostrato nella figura 35a.
ISTRUZIONI PER L'USO
Per le operazioni di Stallonatura, Smontaggio e Montaggio del pneu-
matico fare riferimento alle istruzioni generali di pag.20 e 22 del presente
libretto.
Per i comandi a pedale fare riferimento alla legenda di pag.26.
N.B.: Il pedale che aziona il dispositivo automatico (IT) per il gonfiaggio dei
pneumatici tubeless si trova nella parte laterale della macchina (ved.
Fig.30a)(L)
Per le operazioni di intallonamento e gonfiaggio, dopo aver montato il
pneumatico sul cerchio procedere come segue:
» nel caso siano presenti le cinture di sicurezza bloccarle come indicato in
fig. 30b a pag.26
» inserire il tubo dell'aria nella valvola del pneumatico;
» sollevare il pneumatico verso l'alto con entrambe le mani, permettendo
all'aria (che fuoriesce dai fori delle corsie) di "entrare" fra cerchio e
pneumatico (fig.35b);
» spingere il pedale di gonfiaggio (L) (fig.30a) fino a fine corsa, per ottenere
la fuoriuscita dell'aria dalle corsie e, allo stesso tempo, rilasciare il
pneumatico per consentire l'intallonamento.
N.B.:qualora il pneumatico non si "intalloni" ripetere scrupolosamente le
operazioni suddette.
Una volta intallonato il pneumatico, continuare l'operazione di gonfiaggio,
premendo il pedale di gonfiaggio (L) nella posizione intermedia, fino a
raggiungere la pressione desiderata.

INSTALLATION
Refer to the general installation instructions on pgs. 8,9,10. In addition fol-
low the following instructions:
Install the air cylinder behind the column using the two M8 bolts sup-
»
plied (fig. 31a);
Connect the rubber hose to the cylinder connector and tighten the con-
»
nector band (fig. 31b).
Connect the manometer holder to the column with the two M6 bolts
»
supplied (fig. 32);
Connect the air line hose to the connector on the filter unit (see fig. 33).
»
Connect the small air hose to the quick connector, inserting it into the
»
relevant hole (fig. 34).
Mounting the safety belts.
If there is a safety belt provided, install it as shown in figure 35a.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
For bead-breaking, demounting and mounting tyres, see the general in-
structions on pgs. 20 and 22 of this manual.
For the pedal controls refer to the key on pg. 26.
N.B.: The pedal that activates the automatic system (IT) for inflating tube-
less tyres is positioned on the side of the machine (see L, fig. 30a).
For beading in and inflation, after mounting the wheel on the rim proceed
as follows:
» If there is a safety belt, fit it as shown in fig. 30b on pg. 26.
» Attach the air hose to the tyre valve;
» Raise the tyre with both hands to allow the air (which comes out of the
tracks) to get between rim and tyre (fig. 35b);
» Press the inflation pedal (L, fig. 30a) completely down to obtain the air
output fro the tracks. At the same time release the tyre to allow the bead-
ing in.
N.B.: Whenever the tyre does not bead in, repeat all the stages in the above
sequence.
When the tyre is beaded in, continue inflation by pressing the pedal in the
intermediate position until the desired pressure is reached.
