DISASSEMBLY
PCB 3 Microprocessor
- Remove the Tape/Keyboard front
frame.
- Remove the plugs, lift the spring-
l o aded pins ( one i n eac h s id e ) a n d
p ull ou t P CB 3.
P C B 4 D i s p l a y & K e y b o a r d
- Remove the Tape/Keyboard front
f r am e.
- Remove the stiffening plate and
lift PCB 4 free of the Tape/
Keyboard front frame.
When replacing contact foil, the
cover plate may be cut free of pCB 4
with a knife/scissors.
PCB 5 Power supply and motor
control
Service position for the primary side
can be obtained by removing the
gearbox.
- Remove the rear panel.
- Remove the two transport screws
for CD as well as the two screws
h o l d in g t he m et al rea r p lat e .
- Loosen PCB 5 by means of the two
sp r ing- loaded pi ns , and rem o v e a ll
p l ug s .
PCB 6lR receiver
- Remove the CD and Tape/
Keyboard front frames.
- Pull out PCB 6 into service
p o s it i on.
PCB 7 Tape/PCB 12 Oscillator
Service position for the primary side
can be obtained by turning pCB 2
into service position.
- Remove the rear panel.
- Loosen PCB 7 by means of the
sp r in g- loaded p in.
PCB 3 Mikroprozessor
- Tape/Keyboard-Frontrahmen
entfernen.
- Steckverbindungen entfernen,
Fe d e r za p f e n a n h e b e n ( ei n e r a u f
jeder Seite) und PCB 3
h e ra u szi e h e n .
P C B 4 D i s p l a y & K e y b o a r d
- Tape/Keyboard-Frontrahmen
entfernen.
- Versteifungsplatte entfernen, und
Tape/Keyboa rd-Frontra hmen
f re ih e b e n .
Zum Austausch der Kontaktfolie
kann die Abdeckplatte von PCB 4
f rei geschn itten werden.
PCB 5 Stromversorgung
und
Motorsteuerung (Power Supply
and Motor Control
Service-Position fur die Primdrseite
kann durch Entfernen des Getriebes
erzielt werden.
- RUckwandteil entfernen.
- Die beiden Transportschrauben
fu r d e n C D -T e i l so w i e d i e b e i d e n
Sch r a u b e n , d i e d i e R U ck p l a tt e a u s
Metal I festhalten, entfernen.
- P CB 5 m it H i l fe d e r b e i d e n
Fe d e r za p f e n l o se n u n d a l l e
Steckverbindungen abmontieren.
PCB 5 lR-Empfdnger (lR Receiver)
- CD- und Tape/Keyboard-
Frontrahmen entfernen.
- PCB 6 in Service-Position
h e ra u s zi e h e n .
PCB 7 Tape/PCB 12 Oszillator

PCB 2 in Service-Position gedreht
w ir d .
- R u ck w a n d te i l e n t fe r n en .
- PCB 7 mit Hilfe des Federzapfens
lo se n .
Carte "PCB 3 Microprocessor"
(microprocesseur)
- D6poser le panneau frontal
decoratif de la platine-cassettes et
d u c l a v i e r.
- D6brancher les fiches, soulever les
ergots 6lastiques (un de chaque
cote) et sortir la carte PCB 3 en la
t i ra n t .
Carte "PCB 4 Display &
Keyboard" (affichage et clavier)
- D6poser le panneau frontal
decoratif de la platine-cassettes et
d u c l a v i e r.
- Deposer la plaque de renfort et
soulever la carte PCB 4 pour la
d 6 g a g e r d u p a n n e a u f r o n t a l
decoratif de la platine-cassettes et
d u c l a v i e r.
Pour changer le film de contact, il est
possible de decouper la plaque de
protection afin de l'enlever de la
carte PCB 4.
Carte "PCB 5 Power supply and
motor control" (al imentation
6lectrique et commande moteur)
ll est possible d'amener le c6t6
p r i m a i re e n p o s i t i o n d e m a i n t e n a n c e
e n d 6 p o s a n t l a p i g n o n n e r i e .
- Deposer la face arridre.
- Enlever les deux vis de transfert
d u C D a i n s i q u e l e s d e u x v i s
m a i n t e n a n t l a p l a q u e m e t a l l i q u e
a r r i d r e .
- Degager la carte PCB 5 en agissant
sur les deux ergots elastiques et
d e b r a n c h e r l ' e n se m b l e d e s fi c h e s .
Carte "PCB 5 lR receiver"
(r6cepteur lR)
- D6poser le panneau frontal
decoratif de la platine laser et de
l'ensem ble plati ne-cassettes/
c l a v i e r .
- Sortir la carte PCB 6 pour l'amener
en position de maintenance.
Cartes "PCB 7 Tape" (platine-
cassettes)/"PGB 12 Oscillator"
(oscillateur)
ll est possible d'amener le cote
p r i m a i re e n p o s i t i o n d e m a i n t e n a n c e
en pivotant la carte PCB 2 dans une
position corresponda nte.
- D6poser la face arridre.
- Degager la carte PCB 7 en agissant
sur les deux ergots elastiques.
