Jam at Finisher Entrance
There is a jam at the finisher entrance. Follow these steps to clear the jam.
1.
Gently pull the finisher away from the printer.
2.
Remove the jammed paper. Confirm that all paper fragments are removed.
3.
Gently push the finisher back against the printer.
