A. Slide the Grip onto the end of the Drive Handle.
B. Push the stem of the Grip Cap into the end of the
C. Secure the Grip Cap to the end of the Drive Handle with the #6 Screw.
Tighten the Screw until just snug. Note: The head of the Screw will be
in the hole of the Drive Handle, locking the Grip Cap in position.
A. Push the Drive Gear through the tube in the Drive
Support with the Gear on the inside of the Support.
C. Slide the Cotter Pin through the hole in the end

D. Use pliers to bend the legs of the Cotter Pin
