Per ottenere tale condizione agire sul registro
(1-Fig. 48) posto sul disco terminale, usando l'ap-
posita chiave (2-Fig. 48).
Bloccare quindi il dado con 2,6 ÷ 2,8 kgm.
18) PRlMA di montare il gruppo avviamento (versio-
ne senza avviamento elettrico) verificare che la
fase tra nasello di arresto sullo scorrevole e il foro
d'ancoraggio della molla di richiamo sia la stessa
di quando si è provveduto allo smontaggio.
19) MONTARE il gruppo avviamento curando d'in-
nescare l'ancoraggio della molla sul mozzo del
coperchio.
20) MONTARE una nuova guarnizione sul carter,
quindi il coperchio frizione e fissarlo con le viti
bloccandole con 1 ÷ 1,2 kg.
Fare attenzione a non danneggiare l'in-
granaggio della pompa olio miscelatore
nel rimontaggio.
Quindi innestando la leva messa in moto sul suo
albero, ruotarla in senso antiorario di circa 180°
e montare la vite d'arresto bloccandola con
2,9 ÷ 3 kgm (Fig. 2).
Tale operazione va eseguita per dare la
precarica alla molla di richiamo.
21) VERIFICARE prima del montaggio il buono sta-
to della gabbietta sullo spinotto e dei suoi rulli.
Montare quindi il pistone assicurandosi che la
freccia marcata sul cielo del pistone sia rivolta
verso lo scarico (Fig. 49), quindi lo spinotto e
relativi anelli di fermo avendo l'avvertenza che
non cadano dentro al carter.

To obtain this condition, turn the lock washer
(1-Fig. 48) on the end disc (friction plate) using
the special wrench (2-Fig. 48).
Lock the nut with 2,6 ÷ 2,8 kgm.
18) BEFORE fitting the kick starter (version without
electric start), check that the phase between the
stop tooth on the slide and the anchoring hole
of the return spring is the same as when
disassembled.
19) FIT the kick starter assy taking care to insert
the spring anchor hook to the hub on the cover.
20) FIT a new gasket on the crankcase, then fit the
clutch cover and fix it with the screws, locking
them with a torque of 1 ÷ 1,2 kgm.
A Be careful not to damage the pump
drive gear when reassembling.
Next fit the starting lever on the kick starter axle,
turn it in an anticlockwise direction at an angle
of about 180° and fit the stop screw, locking it
with a torque of 2,9 ÷ 3 kgm (Fig. 2).
This operation is necessary to give the return
spring preloading.
21) BEFORE assembling verify the perfect operation
of the small end bearing on the pin and its rollers.
Then assemble the piston making sure that the
arrow marked on its crown is facing the exhaust
(Fig. 49) then the piston pin and the rings taking
care that they don't fall into the crankcase.
