Formatting the SD card:

If you get into the field and forgot to clear your SD
card before you went out, you can clear the
contents of the card using the Format option.
To format the SD card you will need to be in the
SETUP/MENU area and will need to press the ▼
button until you see letter F. (Fig. 5) Press OK and
the camera will Format the SD card. You will then
see a 000 on the digital readout.
