Steam cooking

Fill the water tank before every steam cooking.
The maximum capacity of the tank is 0,8 l. It is
enough for about 40-45 minutes cooking.
For information about recommended type of
water refer to "Types of water " in "Care and
cleaning" chapter.
If you pour too much water into the tank,
a safety outlet pours it back into the bot-
tom of the oven. Dry the water with a sponge
or cloth.
Steam appears when the oven reaches
set temperature.
Warning! Be careful when you open the
oven door as the steam immediately
pours out.

°C. Steam cooking does not give good re-
sults in temperatures above 230° C.

cooking (refer to "Emptying the water
tank")

Open the door and put the end of the water
outlet hose (A) into the water outlet valve (C) .
Water outlet valve is in the bottom left corner
of the door frame. Put the other end of the wa-
ter outlet hose (B) into an empty container.
When all the water is drained out, remove the
water outlet hose from the water outlet valve.
