The Audio menu allows you to setup the following formats:
Audio Language (English only)

SPDIF Output: Allows you to choose between PCM or Dolby output to other devices.

Audio Preference: Allows you to choose between Mpeg and Dolby as preference format for
current viewing.
Default Volume: Adjust the volume to your preference.

The Video menu allows you to setup the following formats:
HD Video Format:PAL/576p/720p/1080i

Aspect Ratio:16:9, AFD 16:9 Wide, Full screen, 4:3 Letter Box, 4:3 Centre Cut, AFD 4:3

Letter Box and AFD 4:3 Centre Cut
Picture Setup: Brightness, Contrast, Saturation, Hue, Sharpness and DNR (Digital Noise

Reduction)
