Make sure that your Bluetooth device is turned ‘On’ and in the Pairing mode. Refer to the instructions supplied with your device if necessary. When your device “finds” the iB29 ear buds, you will see “iHome iB29” appear on your device’s Bluetooth menu screen together with the words “Not Paired”, “Not Connected” or similar.
