BEFORE LAMP REPLACEMENT

1. Disconnect the AC cord from the projector and
push the lock re)ease fever "A" in the direction of
the arrow. (The tocking tover "B" emerges to
disengage the tamp cover iock.)
2. Remove 2 screws and disconnect the tamp
cover.
(Note: The tamp cover cannot be
disconnected uniess the lock is disengaged in
step 1 above.)
3. Remove 2 screws and puii out the iamp
assembly by gnpping the handte.
4. Replace the iamp assembly.
5. Tighten 4 screws to secure the [amp cover to
the lamp assembiy.
6. Push the locking iever "B" in the direction of the
arrow (forward). The took retease tevor "A" wiii now return to
its original position, focking the iamp cover.
7. Connect the detachable AC cord to the projector.
8. Reset the iamp replacement monitor timer.
8-1. Piug the projector into an AC outfet and switch the power
on.
8-2.Wait for about 30 seconds untit the "A MOMENT!"
indication goes off.
8-3.Press the Reset switch for two seconds. "RESET" wiii
appear on the screen and go off after a few seconds. The
timer has now reset.
RECOMMENDAT)ON
Should the air fitter become clogged with dust partictes, it wiii
reduce the cooling fan's effectiveness and may resuit in
internal heat buiid up and short iamp life. We recommend
cleaning the a'r fitter after the projection lamp is repiacod-

HOW TO CHECK THE LAMP )LLUM)NAT)ON TtME
1. Chocking procedure
With the projector in operating mode (synchronize picture view condition), press
the LEVEL"+" or" — " button for 30 seconds; four red alphabets wiii appear on the
screen for 5 seconds.
