time
given on recipe when
cookingfor first time. Oven
thermostatsmay "drift" from the
factorysettingoverthe years, and
5 to 10-minutedifferencesin timing
be~ween an old and a new ovenare
not unusual. Yourovenhas been set
correctly at the factory and is more
apt to be accurate than the oven
which it replaced. However,if you
find that your foodsconsistently
browntoo little or too much, you
may make a simple adjustmentin
the OVEN TEMP thermostatknob.
PULL KNOB OFF SHAFT. LOOK

The special coating IVork best on
small amounts of spatter. It does
not work well with larger spills,
especially sugars or egg or dairy
mixtures. For this reason, the oven
is equipped with a removable,
replaceable aluminum foil bottom
liner which protects the ?orous
finish on the bottom of the oven

The spwial coating is not used
on oven shelves. Shelves can be
taken to the sink for cleaning, and
can be cleaned with abrasive and
commercial oven cleaners oz4tside
the oven
to
avoid damage to the
special coating. These parts clean
easiestwhen soil is stillmoist, before
