FIRST TIME USE

Before assembling the appliance,
check if all parts are complete
and remove all packing materials.

Wipe the appliance with a damp
cloth. Make sure that no water
can penetrate into the housing.

Clean all removable parts (grill
plate,

hot soapy water and dry them
carefully.

Oil the grill plate and the raclette
pans slightly before using it with
coconut oil or another heat-
resisting oil.
