Pipe expanding method

Note:
Improper pipe expansion is the main cause of refrigerant leakage.
Use the following steps to expand the pipe:
A: Cut the pipe
the distance of the indoor unit and
the outdoor unit.

prevent the burrs from getting into
the pipe.

C: Put on a suitable insulating pipe
D: Put on the union nut
connection pipe and outdoor valve;
install the union nut on the pipe.
