Cause
The machine has detected that the paper has been fed aligned to one side.
Action
Close the paper output tray, then pull the feeder out.
Load the paper into the center of the feeder, then slide the paper guides to align with the both edges of
the paper stack.
After loading the paper, push the feeder so that the mark on the front tray aligns with the mark on
the machine.
Open the paper output tray, then press the machine's OK button.
