TO REPLACE THE PLATEN ROLLER ON INVERTED PRINTHEADS:
1.
Turn the printer Off and lift the cover.
2.
Flip the printhead cam down and lock open.

E-ring/washers securing platen roller

Remove any label stock that may be positioned under the platen roller.
