- Page 3 Lay aircraft flat on belly. Draw a line straight down 9.5mm in front of wing support.
- Page 4 Measure back 3mm from line drawn and add another line down. Ceiling Floor Using a suitable cutting tool cut between the lines from inner ceiling to top of fuselage floor. This will create a vertical slot for the bulkhead fitting. Perform same steps on opposite side of aircraft.
- Page 5 Insert plywood bulkhead through the cut out slots with triangle end down. Glue in place.
- Page 6 114mm 114mm Using dimensions shown mark aft door cut out. Bottom line should be flushed...
- Page 7 Reattach front side foam cutout door with tape hinges. Insert battery tray through cut out door and secure with screws to bulkhead.
- Page 8 Trim upper lip in areas marked red.
- Page 9 Continue to trim areas marked red or as needed. Nose cover will also be trimmed as needed. Insert gimbal with quick release hooks into plywood bulkhead. Adjust left/right for clearance. Cut out belly for camera lens travel as needed.
