Problem
Paper is skewed.
Paper edge is bent.
An abnormal noise occurs during
paper feeding.
Computer does not recognise the

Resolving Operator Panel Status/Error Messages

Message Description or Cause
Top Door Open The top door is open.
S Door Open The slide door is open.
Incorrect Rib The wrong type of ribbon is loaded.
Ribbon The wrong ribbon is loaded.
Mismatch
2022-Donor End Out of ribbon.

Description or Cause
• Paper is not loaded
correctly, or it is loose
on the roll.
• Debris in the paper path.
• Pinch roller is dirty.
Debris in the paper path.
USB cable is not connected
correctly, or it is damaged.
Refer to the following table to resolve errors that appear on the
operator panel. If the error persists, contact Service and Support.
