1. The SIM card is not available or inserted properly.

4. The number sending the SMS is not a registered Master or Family number.
5. The maximum number of Family numbers (4) has been reached, and a new number is not added correctly.
6. The phone number format exceeds 16 digits or is entered incorrectly.

    1. Purchase a GSM SIM card (mobile phone card) from GSM network service provider and install it in the alerter. This SIM card number is referred as SimPal-T2 number on this brochure. 2. The user needs to activate the Caller ID Presentation function of SIM card, and deactivate PIN code of the SIM.
