General voltage checking

Steps
1. Set up the main board in the module jig. The phone should be in local mode.
2. Check the following:
#
1 VCTOXO supply
2 Ahneus supply from Dc/Dc
conv.
3 FEM supply
4 WCDMA PA supply from
Dc/Dc conv.
5 Vbat at WCDMA PA
6 Supply input to DC/DC
conv (N7590)
* With these settings, the result should be 1.3 V.
