Learning about the remote control
Note: The error message "NOT AVAILABLE" may appear if you
press a key for a function that is not available
1 POWER
turns the TV on and off. When the TV is on. the green LED
indicator on the TV front will be illuminated.
2 PIC SIZE
cycles through the picture sizes:
Full, TheaterWide 1/2/3,
4:3, Native, Normal,
and
Dot by Dot.
3 PIC MODE
selects the picture mode.
4 INPUT
selects the video input source.

SLEEP
accesses the sleep timer.
6 FREEZE
freezes the picture. Press again to restore the moving picture.

Channel Numbers (0-9, -/1 00)
directly tune channels. The

button is used to tune digital channels or to edit the Favorites List.

FAV BROWSER
accesses the Favorites List in the Channel Browser'"

displays TV status information.

Begins playback of a tape or DVD.

Skips forward to locate later DVD chapters.

Fast-forwards the tape or DVD. (Press during play mode to view
the picture moving rapidly forward.)

Eject the tape or DVD.
26 PAUSE
Press during play or record mode to pause the picture: press
again to restart.
27 SKiP .....
Skips back to beginning of current DVD chapter. or
locates previous chapters.

Rewindslreverses the tape or DVD. (Press during play mode to
view the picture moving rapidly backward.)

When you first turn on or reset the TV, the Initial Setup window will appear.
