The light inside the refrigerator does not automatically turn on when I open the door

The light inside the GE refrigerator model TCX22 may not turn on when the door is opened due to a burned-out light bulb or because the refrigerator is not receiving power. Check if the refrigerator is plugged in and the outlet has power. If it has power, unplug the refrigerator and replace the light bulb with a standard 40-watt appliance bulb. Then plug the refrigerator back in.
